I love to eat steak, but I can't gain another pound, hahaha this is what I have when I feel guilty

Ingredients
  • for the steak : 1 portion of rib eye or sirloin (TRIM THE FAT ! ! !)
  • salt and pepper
  • for the sallad: your favorite salad green,
  • bell pepper,
  • tear drop tomatoes
  • for the dressing: 2 tbs of mustard
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice
  • 3 tbs of honey

Directions
  1. cut steak into bite size pieces, marinade with salt and pepper
  2. on a very hot griddle, grill both sides very quickly
  3. prepare sallad dressing, toss sallad with the dressing
  4. serve with the steak
