  • on a very hot griddle, grill both sides very quickly
  • prepare sallad dressing, toss sallad with the dressing
  • serve with the steak

    One may want to know that if you are dieting, a "portion" or red meat (in this case steak) should be the size and thickness of a deck of cards, roughly 3 oz.
