How to make it

  • Cube the chicken meat, drain and put aside.
  • Grind coriander, cummin, tumeric, peanuts, salt and sugar.Mix this with the cinnamon poeder, diced shallot and 1 tbsps cooking oil.
  • Marinated the chicken with the mixture.
  • Using special skewers, skewers 5 pieces of meat on the skewer, as in kebabs.
  • Grilled over burning coal, constantly sprinkling cooking oil over the meat using crushed the lemon grass.
  • Turn over and continue grilling until the chicken is cooked.
  • Served with peanut sauce.............
