How to make it

  • Combine the Cheeses and Butter in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Beat Egg Whites until stiff and peaks form.
  • Fold cheese mixture into the Egg Whites.
  • Dip the bread cubes into the cheese mixture. Make sure you scrap off any excess.
  • Place the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet, lined with wax paper.
  • Freeze until firm (approx. 45-60 minutes).
  • Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Serve Immediately!
  • **Note: To make these up in advance - simply transfer the frozen Cheese Puffs into freezer bags.
  • Serving Size:
  • 6-8 People - use a Quart sized bag for freezing.
  • 12-16 People - use 2 Quart sized bags for freezing.
  • 24-32 People - use a Gallon sized bag for freezing.
  • Serving Suggestions:
  • These are really great for Christmas parties. Serve with Sausage Rolls and Egg Nog for an Appetizer while Christmas dinner is still cooking.
