How to make it

  • Combine vinegar, sugar and cornstarch in large microwave safe bowl; mix well.
  • Stir in mustard and salt.
  • Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring once.
  • Add corn, celery, pepper, onion and pickle relish; toss well to coat evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve as a relish on hamburgers or hot dogs, or serve on the side with grilled meats.
