Corn Relish

- 1/3 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard shopping list
- 1/3 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 package (9 oz) frozen corn, thawed and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish shopping list
How to make it
- Combine vinegar, sugar and cornstarch in large microwave safe bowl; mix well.
- Stir in mustard and salt.
- Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring once.
- Add corn, celery, pepper, onion and pickle relish; toss well to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve as a relish on hamburgers or hot dogs, or serve on the side with grilled meats.
