Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

This is a wonderful, tasty dish that is sure to please!! If you have a lot of people coming over, make double or triple batches!! They go quickly!!
Ingredients
- 10-12 medium jalapeño peppers shopping list
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- hickory smoked bacon (slices can be halved or quartered) shopping list
How to make it
- Split your jalapeños length wise and remove seeds and all - wear gloves
- Soften cream cheese and mix with all the other ingredients, except for the bacon.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture and wrap with the bacon
- bake at 425 degrees until the bacon gets crispy
- Approximately 30 minutes
- serve with toothpicks
