Easy, tasty appetizers. Very user friendly! Nice to make ahead. These have always been a hit.

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs of 4 x 6 sliced lunch meat, about 12 oz. each - ham, turkey, or both
  • 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
  • A handful of real bacon bits
  • A handful of finely grated cheese
  • Splash of Worchestershire sauce
  • Chopped chives, if desired
  • Garlic, fresh, in oil, or powdered

Directions
  1. Combine the softened cream cheese with remaining ingredients.
  2. Use however much you like, to taste - you can be creative with this.
  3. Blot each slice of meat with paper towel, to remove excess moisture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each slice of meat.
  5. Roll up long-wise.
  6. Place in covered container and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
  7. Slice the meat rolls into pinwheels.
  8. Serve with your favorite crackers.
