MUGHLAI GOBHI PANEER LABABDAR

- Paneer (cottage cheese) 200 grm shopping list
- 2. Gobhi florets (cauliflower) 350 grms shopping list
- 3. poppy seeds 2 tbl spoon shopping list
- 4. cashew nuts 2 tbl spoon shopping list
- 5. tomatoes medium size 5 shopping list
- 6. curd 1 cup shopping list
- 7. ginger 1” piece shopping list
- 8. green chilies 4 shopping list
- 9. oil 2 tbl spoon and for deep frying shopping list
- 10 Haldi powder 1 tsp shopping list
- 11 Red Chile powder 1 tsp shopping list
- 12 coriander powder 1 tbl spoon shopping list
- 13 salt to taste shopping list
- 14 garam masala powder 1 tsp shopping list
- 15 juice of one lemon shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Cut cottage cheese in reasonably small pieces and deep fry. Deep-fry the cauliflower florets. Thereafter in the same oil. Keep aside.
- 2 Make paste of poppy seeds, cashew nuts, ginger and green chilies.
- 3 Make puree of the tomatoes strain and keep aside.
- 4 Now heat the oil in a kadahi. Add some zeera when it chages colour add cashe and poppy seed paste and fry for 3-4 minutes till it changes color.
- 5 Add tomatoes puree, coriander powder, haldi and red chilies powder and fry till oil separates.
- 6 Add strained curd and fry for 2-3 minutes add 1 cup water and let it boil.
- 7 Add deep fried cauliflower and paneer, salt, lemon juice and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- 8 Add garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and serve hot with Nan, Roti or Rice
