How to make it

  • Saute' fresh veggies in oil until translucent.
  • In large stock pot heat all canned foods.
  • Transfer sauted veggies into stock pot.
  • Saute seafood in same pan fresh veggies were saute'ed in, until just done.
  • Transfer to stock pot.
  • Add dry seasoning.
  • Add water.
  • Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  • This is great over rice, pasta, or potatoes boiled or mashed
  • Also great made with a shrimp, crab, and crawfish combo.

    Good stuff! Love it. Very similar to one I do, but I use shrimp stock instead of beef. Gotta put it over rice. And sop up that sauce.
