this is a special treat for the holidays if you like cinnamon candy then you will love this

Ingredients
- 1 and one third cups of sugar
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- one fourth tsp. red food coloring
- 10 drops of cinnamon oil
Directions
- Combine sugar, syrup and food coloring in heavy pan and cook on low heat until dissolves.. Bring to a hard crack stage (about 300 degrees) .. Remove from heat and add flavoring.. Pour inot a well greased sheet cake pan.. Let cool .. Break into pieces...

Have you ever tried with Annise. Probably spelled wrong but anyway, a real good friend of mine fixed the cinnamon (red) and anise (green) every Christmas.
