Whole Grain Pancakes

- 1 1/3 cups dry milk powder shopping list
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 Tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten lightly shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 3 Tbs. vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, sift together milk powder, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add whole wheat flour. In a small bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, butter, water and vinegar. Form a hole in the dry mixture, and pour in the wet mixture. Combine until smooth.
- Warm a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle on medium heat. Using a 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour or scoop batter onto griddle. Cook pancakes until they are golden brown on both sides. Serve immidiately.

Batter is way too thin. Didn't puff any. Added more flour and powder to give it some body.
