How to make it

  • Heat oil in the frying pan, make sure the pan is HOT. Throw in the minced garlic and saute for just a minute
  • Pour in the frozen vegetables and stir it occasionally for about 15 min until the excess water from the frozen vegetables are nearly gone. Throw in the sliced onions, salt & pepper.
  • Cook for another 5-6 min. or until all the excess water are completely gone.
  • Variations: To add more flavors to this, you can replace the healthy olive oil with chopped bacon bits for a more satisfying artery clogging dish
