How to make it
- In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil and fry up your frozen hashbrowns about 4 cups. Season with Salt/Seasoning Salt and Black Pepper to your liking.
- When Hashbrowns are done or close to done cooking add the can of Corned Beef..stir until the Corned Beef is heated thoroughly.
- Serve Up with Eggs Over Easy!
