How to make it

  • Mix cream, butter, brown sugar and salt and place over low heat. Stir
  • until sugar is dissolved. Do not let boil! Remove from heat. Stir in
  • confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Stir until cool enough to spread on
  • a 9" cake.
