Good ol Stuffin

- 1 loaf brioche, medium dice shopping list
- 2 carrots, small dice shopping list
- 1 medium yellow onion, small dice shopping list
- 3 stalks celery, peeled, and small dice shopping list
- 1 1/2 c white turnip, small dice shopping list
- 2 cups shitake mushrooms, stems removed and discarded, small dice shopping list
- 2 cups chicken stock, hot shopping list
- 3 sage leaves, minced shopping list
- 1/4 c parsley, minced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Spread vegetables not mushrooms on a sheet tray, salt, and roast at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Stirring around halfway through cooking.
- In the last 10 minutes of cooking add the brioche.
- Remove and pour into a large microwave safe bowl.
- Add mushrooms, herbs, pepper, and the 2 cups of hot chicken stock.
- Mix thoroughly and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
