Easy Goulash Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook box of Mac & Cheese as per directions on box
  • Chop and brown onion and pepper
  • Add beef and salt and pepper
  • Drain beef and stir in tomatoes
  • Mix well
  • Add Mac & Cheese
  • Mix
  • Add splash of hot sauce if desired
  • Serve

    I don't know if it was a mistake in posting the recipe or not,but I think I would brown the beef along with the onion and pepper. Also, this can be made with 1/2 ground meat if you are short on money or groceries.
