Easy Goulash Recipe

This is a very easy dish to make and you can get the kids involved. My 14yr old son usually makes this for us.

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Med Onion
- 1 Med Bell Pepper
- 1 Box Mac & Cheese (Kraft)
- 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- Texas Pete or Tobassco (optional)
Directions
- Cook box of Mac & Cheese as per directions on box
- Chop and brown onion and pepper
- Add beef and salt and pepper
- Drain beef and stir in tomatoes
- Mix well
- Add Mac & Cheese
- Mix
- Add splash of hot sauce if desired
- Serve

I don't know if it was a mistake in posting the recipe or not,but I think I would brown the beef along with the onion and pepper. Also, this can be made with 1/2 ground meat if you are short on money or groceries.
