How to make it

  • Cut turkey into cubes or shred the turkey
  • Pour 2 cups of chicken broth in medium sized pan and bring to a boil.
  • Add 2 cups on instant rice to broth.
  • Turn off the heat and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add the turkey to the rice.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup.
  • Stir and simmer for 5 minutes and serve.

    Hummmm I have some left over turkey in freezer.. and a tight schedule... seems like this will be tried soon! Thanks for such a easy meal...
