How to make it
- Cut turkey into cubes or shred the turkey
- Pour 2 cups of chicken broth in medium sized pan and bring to a boil.
- Add 2 cups on instant rice to broth.
- Turn off the heat and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add the turkey to the rice.
- Add cream of mushroom soup.
- Stir and simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
