Holiday Colorful Torta

- Two 8-ounce packages light cream cheese shopping list
- One package Hidden Valley ranch salad dressing Mix (milk recipe) shopping list
- One 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley shopping list
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the cheese and salad dressing mix together
- In a separate bowl, stir together artichokes, peppers, parsley
- In a 3 cup bowl lined with plastic wrap, alternate layers of cheese and vegetable mixtures--beginning and ending with a cheese layer
- Chill 4 hours or overnight
- Invert on plate; remove plastic wrap
- Serve with crackers of your choice
- NOTE: Nice presentation on a plate lined with green curly lettuce
- Top with parsley and roasted peppers
