How to make it

  • In 3 quart saucepan combine dried fruits, water, lemon slices and cinnamon stick.
  • Bring to boiling.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes or until fruits are tender.
  • Add sugar stirring until dissolved then simmer 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
