  • Stir 4 times.
  • Spread 2/3 of crumbs in rectangular baking dish.
  • Mix egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries together..
  • Beat 10 minutes at high speed then fold in whipped cream
  • Pour over crumbs and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  • Freeze at least 6 hours.
