This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pfeiffer Estate in Kerrville, Texas in 1997.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 7 ounce can chopped green chilies
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup corn meal

Directions
  1. Hand mix all ingredients and form into a loaf pan.
  2. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350 for one hour.
