Dilly Meatloaf

- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Cheese Sauce: shopping list
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese spread cubed shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Combine beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion, pickle, egg, salt and pepper then shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Combine cheese and milk until smooth.
- Pour cheese sauce over loaf and return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
