15 Minute Chiken and Rice Dinner

- 1 Tbsp oil (2Tbps if regular pan) shopping list
- 4 small, bonless skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 1/3 Cups water shopping list
- 1/4 tsp paprika (can be left out if desired) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper (can be left out if desired) shopping list
- 2 Cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked shopping list
- 2 Cups fresh/frozen brocoli flowerettes (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken. Cover. Cook 4 min on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add soup, water, and seasonings to skillet, stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice and brocoli. Top with chicken, cover.
- Cook on low heat for 5 min.
