15 Minute Chiken And Rice Dinner Recipe
This is a wonderful, one pan meal that is ready in about 15-20 min. My boys love it too.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp oil (2Tbps if regular pan)
  • 4 small, bonless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/3 Cups water
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika (can be left out if desired)
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper (can be left out if desired)
  • 2 Cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
  • 2 Cups fresh/frozen brocoli flowerettes (optional)

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken. Cover. Cook 4 min on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Add soup, water, and seasonings to skillet, stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice and brocoli. Top with chicken, cover.
  7. Cook on low heat for 5 min.
