I bought some eggnog, I had soy flour and I figured I could make something edible out of it. Turns out, they're good!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. soy flour
  • 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. egg nog, lite
  • 1/4 c. milk, skim
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended
  2. Cook over med/high heat
  3. (They stick so be sure to use butter or cooking spray to coat pan!)
