Soynog Pancakes

I bought some eggnog, I had soy flour and I figured I could make something edible out of it. Turns out, they're good!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy flour shopping list
- 1/3 c. Bisquick shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 c. egg nog, lite shopping list
- 1/4 c. milk, skim shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients until well blended
- Cook over med/high heat
- (They stick so be sure to use butter or cooking spray to coat pan!)
