Ingredients
  • 5 cups of self rising flour
  • half pint sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lbs. butter
  • half tsp.baking powder
  • You will need any kind of fruit filling of your choice also almond and pecan filling will work
  • Powder sugar in a zip lock bag

Directions
  1. Preheat oven @ 400 degress
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Chill for four hours
  4. Roll out dough thin (but not to thin)into bite size squares
  5. Put in a small amount of filling into the squares & pinch close
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Let Kolaches cool
  8. Lastly put Kolaches in powder sugar cover completly
  9. Enjoy

These sound good, I love Kolaches. The one's I've had were made in a circle with the filling in the center. My friends mom made them and put a prune filling in them, they were sooooo good.
