Fish fingers

- 1 or 2eggs shopping list
- 6tsps flour shopping list
- 11/2tsps lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2tsp anchovy sauce shopping list
- water to make a paste shopping list
- 350gms fish shopping list
- 1/2tsp ajinomoto shopping list
- 1/2tsp black pepper shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the fish and dry with duster.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and 1/2tsp salt on it.
- Cut small pieces of fish
- Beat eggs,and flour,salt,anchovy sauce,black pepper and ajinomoto
- Deep the fish pieces into egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs
- Then roll on wooden board to shape into fingers
- Deep fry in ghee untill brown on all sides
- Drain on paper and serve with tomato sauce
