Snowballs

My kids were stuck in the house all week and feeling a little cabin fever so I decided that we would have an indoor snowball fight and whipped these up. Kids had a blast with the snowball fight and there was little clean up afterwards because we ate them.
Ingredients
How to make it
- Melt marshmallows in saucepan (I think I added a little butter)
- Add coconut
- Using a spoon shape into balls and place on wax paper to cool
- **I didn't measure anything I just threw in what I had in the cupboards so you have to guess**

I added this to the Guessipe Group, that is where a lot of my recipes go, I never measure either. I bet this would make a wonderful frosting recipe for chocolate cake, kind of like Hostess snowballs! These sound yummy! I bet the kids loved em!
