- 2 pounds rolled oats shopping list
- 3/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/2 cup almonds shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts shopping list
- 2 tablespoons golden flax seed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine all dry ingredients, except sugar.
- Add honey.
- In saucepot, combine sugar and water and simmer until slight carmel color.
- Add butter using wire whisk.
- Pour over oats.
- Stir well.
- Spread granola on a baking sheet and cool.
- Store sealed or tightly covered.
