- (1) 20 oz can pineapple chunks shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1cup long grain brown rice shopping list
- 1/2 sp rosemary shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbs chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple syrup into saucepan. Add water & bring to a boil. Stir in rice & rosemary. Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes, until rice is tender & liquid is absorbed. Mix in pineapple chunks & remaining ingredients and heat through.
- This is a perfect side dish for chicken,lamb or pork.
