SWEET-HOT SPICED PECANS

- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sale shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1 large egg white shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cups pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 300.
- In bowl mix sugar, cayenne, salt, coriander, cinnamon and allspice.
- Whisk in egg white and vegetable oil.
- Stir in pecans
- Spread nuts in single layer in oiled nonsick 10 by 15 iinch pan.
- Bake stirring occasionally, until nuts are crisp and lightly browned about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Let cool about five minutes
- Use spatula to loosen nuts from pan; cool completely.
- Serve or store at room temperature in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
