Ingredients
  • Pastry
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup flour (I use pastry flour)
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • Filling
  • Rasberry Jelly
  • Frosting
  • 2 Tbspn butter
  • 1 1/4 icing sugar
  • 1 tspn almond extract
  • 1-2 tbspn milk..depending on desired consistency

Directions
  1. To make pastry add all ingredients..I like to put in fridge for a few minutes after mixing to make it easier to handle.
  2. Roll in palms into balls and then place in cupcake pan, make space in center to put your filling!. I like to use the smaller size cupcakes as this is a very rich recipe!
  3. Place about a tspn of rasberry jelly into pastry
  4. Roll another ball of pastry and flatten to make top for tart. Seal well.
  5. Put into a 350F preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until edges are browned.
  6. Mix all ingredients for frosting
  7. Once Daubers are cooled spread on the frosting
  8. ENJOY!!!
