- 4 ounces vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 large onion, diced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated root ginger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 2 tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1 pound lean minced beef shopping list
- 1-teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1-tablespoon turmeric shopping list
- 1-tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon chopped parsley shopping list
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in pan and sauté onion until golden.
- Stir in ginger, garlic, tomatoes, minced beef and salt.
- Cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
- Combine eggs with mixture in pan and cook 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add turmeric and seasoned butter and top with parsley and cheese.
