This dish is one of our family favorites and will soon be one of yours too.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 16 oz bag of frozen egg noodles
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1/4 block of velveta cheese or can use slices

Directions
  1. In medium skillet brown hambugar, chopped onion and 2 tsp of brown sugar until done
  2. boil egg noodles in another pan while you are preparing the hambugar mixture
  3. drain the hambugar mixture and put it back into the pan add 1 can of tomato soup stir this mixture
  4. drain the egg noodles when done and add 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  5. In a greased cake pan layer the hambugar mixture, then the egg noodle mixtuer then add the velveta cheese slices 3 accross and 3 down.
  6. repeat layers 1 more time
  7. bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is bubbling

Just the way I learned the recipe I guess you could make homemade noodles if you like and have the time.
