Microwave Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup butter, plus more for greasing

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Place all ingredients except vanilla in a large microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on medium heat until chips are melted, about 3-5 minutes, stirring twice during heating.

Add vanilla.

Pour into a well-greased 8x8 baking dish.

Refrigerate until set.

Ok I left in the freezer over nite. This stuff is sooo creamy and rich. Love it. I think next time tho, I will make sure I have butter and will use chocolate chips! :)
