Seitan Stroganoff

- 8 oz sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 package White Wave seitan- drained and sliced shopping list
- vegan margarine - 1/4 cup shopping list
- Tofutti better than sour cream - (1) 16oz container shopping list
How to make it
- Melt vegan margarine in skillet over low heat.
- Add sliced seitan and saute until it begins to brown.
- Add sliced mushrooms and continue sauteeing until mushrooms are tender.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in Tofutti "sour cream"
- Return skillet to very low flame and heat until warmed through.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve over brown rice.
