How to make it

  • Melt vegan margarine in skillet over low heat.
  • Add sliced seitan and saute until it begins to brown.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and continue sauteeing until mushrooms are tender.
  • Remove skillet from heat and stir in Tofutti "sour cream"
  • Return skillet to very low flame and heat until warmed through.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve over brown rice.
