How to make it

  • Cut up chicken into strips. Set aside.
  • In large skillet, saute olive oil (maybe about 4-6 tbsp) and 2 tbsp garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken and cook through. Remove chicken from pan.
  • Add vegetables to pan...add more oil if necessary and stir-fry them until hot & crisp. Add chicken mixture and saute together to move the flavor around.
  • Cook rice according to package.
  • Add sauce of choice. Heat until sauce is heated through. You may choose minimal sauce or extra sauce depending on how you like your stir-fry.
  • Spoon your stir-fry onto a bed of rice and enjoy!

    No! No! No!

    Chinese cooking never uses olive oil. Or frozen vegetables. Or bottled sauces. Or instant rice.

    And seldom boneless chicken.
