Beef Burgundy For Diabetic

- 2 lb. top round steak shopping list
- 1 can(3 oz.) of mushrooms, slice shopping list
- 1 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1-3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry red wine shopping list
- cooked rice or noodles (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut steak into 1" cubes.
- Brown meat slowly in skillet, sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
- Transfer to 1-1/2 quart casserole, tight fitting cover.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Cover & Bake for 15 mins or til tender.
- Serve on Rice or Noodles.
- Add garlic bread for garnish.
