This is the fast and easy way to make apple dumplings. I make it for my kids all the time and they love it. Right after taking them out of the oven I put a scoop of ice cream on it.

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigirator cresent rolls
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1tbs butter softened
Directions
- roll out the cresent rolls
- tear each section into squares (leaving two cresents together)
- smooth out where the two should have been torn
- spoon about 4 to 6 apple slices onto each square
- fold and pinch edges together to make sure none of the filling will leak out.
- Put on a cookie sheet and smooth a tiny amount of butter on top (to help it turn a crispy golden brown)
- bake according to package directions.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
