mustardy perch casserole

- 2 Tbs. flour shopping list
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs. raisins shopping list
- 4 Tbs. hazelnuts or almonds-chopped shopping list
- 2 Tbs. course-grained mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce-or to taste shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1# perch fillets shopping list
- 2 bananas- peeled and sliced shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 375F.
- melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
- gradually add flour and stir well, cook till slightly browned
- gradually stir in milk,rasins and nuts
- continue to stir and add mustard,lemon juice and hot sauce
- remove from heat and set aside
- season fish with salt,pepper and paprika on both sides
- place in an oven proof dish, arrange banana slices over fish and pour mustard mixture over all
- bake uncovered,30-40 minutes-till fish flakes easily
