How to make it

  • Clean and dress pheasant. Cut into serving size.
  • Saute in butter or margarine until well browned. Place in greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add can of mushroom soup. Add ,o;l amd sherry.
  • Cover and bake at 375 degrees for an hour or until tender.

    I CAN'T GET PHEASANT!!!!!!!! When I was a kid I was the bird dog out in front. A wonder we didn't get shot. Then down to the basement to clean and pick out the bird shot!!!!!!! The good old days in Iowa and South Dakota!!!!!!
