Sherried Pheasant Casserole

- 1 cleaned and dressed pheasant shopping list
- 2 tbsp margarine shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/4 can milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sherry shopping list
How to make it
- Clean and dress pheasant. Cut into serving size.
- Saute in butter or margarine until well browned. Place in greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add can of mushroom soup. Add ,o;l amd sherry.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for an hour or until tender.
