Mushroom And Ham Souffle Recipe
I'm not a fan of curry, so I leave it out but add a tbsp of Dijon mustard

Ingredients
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
  • 4 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 4 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1 tbsp pimiento
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • 1/2 cup cubes ham
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions
  1. Drain mushrooms.
  2. melt butter in saucepan, add flour
  3. Stir untl well blended, add milk
  4. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  5. Add cheese, celery, pimiento, onion, mushrooms, ham, well beaten egg yolksand curry powder, mix thoroughly.
  6. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  7. Turn into greased mdium sized casserole dis and set in a pan of hot water.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until firm.
