Mushroom and Ham Souffle

                    - 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 4 1/2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 4 1/2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced celery shopping list
- 1 tbsp pimiento shopping list
- 1 tsp grated onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup cubes ham shopping list
- 3 eggs, separated shopping list
- 1/2 tsp curry powder shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Drain mushrooms.
- melt butter in saucepan, add flour
- Stir untl well blended, add milk
- Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
- Add cheese, celery, pimiento, onion, mushrooms, ham, well beaten egg yolksand curry powder, mix thoroughly.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Turn into greased mdium sized casserole dis and set in a pan of hot water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until firm.
