How to make it

  • Melt butter and chocolate with milk in pan. Beat to blend. Add sugar, hone and salt. Brng to a oil. Cover and boil two minutes. Uncover and cook without stirring until a small amount of mixture dropped in cold water forms a sof ball. Remove from heat and add vinegar. Let stand untl lukewarm and add vanilla. Beat until thick. Addnuts and trn onto a buttered plate. Let stand until cool enough to handle, then knead for five minutes. Shate into two rolls about two inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and store in a cool place until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy.
