broccoli cups

- 2 tsp oil shopping list
- 1 cup chopped broccoli shopping list
- 1 cup chopped white mushrooms ( chopped pretty small) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked, crisp and crumbled shopping list
- 12 frozen tart shells, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350
- Broccoli Filling:
- heat cooking oil in a medium frying pan on medium high heat.
- Add the broccoli, mushrooms and green onions. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrroms start to brown
- cool slighty
- beat together the eggs, sour cream and cheese with a wire whisk in a medium bowl.
- Add bacon and broccoli filling to the egg mixture stirring well
- Arrange tart shells on a ungreased baking pan.
- spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into each tart shell.
- Bake on bottom rack for 30 to 35 minutes or until set
