Got this off of a pkg somewhere along the way I'm sure. Its easy and good.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. Line a 13 x 9 foil and grease lightly.
  2. MICROWAVE chips and milk in large, uncovered bowl on high for 1 minute.
  3. Stir.
  4. If necessary microwave in additional 10-15 seconds intervals until all chips are melted.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
  7. Press mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Remove from pan, remove foil.
  9. Cut into desired size pieces.
