This was one of the most popular recipes my Grandmother ever made. It was requested many times and always a favorite at family dinners and potlucks.

  3. When ready to serve, crush 1 bag of Frito's Corn chips and toss into salad with bottle of Catalina dressing.

Yum. Love taco salad. Thanks.

Sounds good, but what is "longhorn" cheese??

Hee Hee! Longhorn cheese is a cheddar cheese sold in chunk form. Must be a Kansas thing.
