Bibinka Recipe
This Filipino dessert uses Mochi (gluetenous rice) flour.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Mochi (glutenous rice) flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 egg yolks (or 3 egg yolks and 3 whole eggs)

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together until you get a viscous dough. Place dough in baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  3. Lower the oven to 300 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
  4. Slice into rectangles and serve.
