How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugar together till creamy,add egg and beat,add corn syrup or molasses and combine well.
  • Add sour cream and beat just till mixed.
  • Fold in dry ingredients followed by raisins.Bake for 50 minutes on a preheated oven 350 F.
  • I would say you'd need a 9x13 pan, 3 and about 30 minutes in the oven or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
