Ingredients
  • 4 aunt millie italian bread load with sesame ( very good for panini)
  • 4 american single cheese
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 slice ham
  • 2 egg
  • 1 stick of scalion
  • blender( magic bulet to blend egg and green onion to make a green egg)

Directions
  1. blend the egg and scalion on a blender( magic bulet) make an omelet cut in halh set aside
  2. spread butter on bread , toas in toaster
  3. topped 2 cheese on 2 bread,
  4. the other 2 cheese on warm ham on the pan
  5. to asembly
  6. toast cheese,egg,ham, cheese, toast
  7. cut diagonally , make 4 serving, or 1/2 a sandwich,
