Caramel Apple Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins or use liners.
  • Mix dry ingredients-set aside.
  • Mix egg, milk, oil and apple butter. Beat with a fork until ingredients are well mixed.
  • add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are wet. add apple. Spoon into muffin tins.
  • Make streusel: place flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in mixing bowl. cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • Place 1 tbsp on top of muffins.
  • bake 20 minutes or until done.
  • When cool, drizzle with caramel topping.
