Quick and easy and with mashed potatoes and salad a perfect match.

Ingredients
  • 225g tuna
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1cup chopped onion (Sauté)
  • 2 eggs
  • 25ml Cake Flour
  • 200ml Milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • Parsley for garnish

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Spread tuna evenly in buttered dish.
  3. Mix cheese and onion.
  4. Beat all other ingredients together and spread mixture evenly over tuna and garnish with parsley.
  5. Bake until cooked ± 30 min and serve warm with fresh bread and green salad.
