  • Mix cake mix, eggs, and shortening by hand. Batter will be very stiff. Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. When cool, put 2 cookies together with fosting.
  • to make frosting: mix cream cheeese, powdered sugar and a little milk. You can add a drop of food coloring to make the cookies more festive.
